This is the location where the JIT (Just in Time) binary recompiler for 32 bit x86 to 64 bit ARM code is located:
C://Windows/XtaCache/

You can delete this cache (through Linux only, Windows prevents you from going in even with Admin privileges).
If you need to backup the disk image or you you have stopped using a lot of x86 programs and just don't want unused files sitting there.
