Suppressing the "reason" for shutdown on Windows Server

Open up the Group Policy Management Console and navigate to:
Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> System and select "Display Shutdown Event Tracker."
Disable that option.

It should now give a standard Windows shutdown options.
