Disabling Ctrl+Alt+Del Requirements at Logon for Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025:
Ctrl+Alt+Del is required by default since it is helps prevent you from input login info into fake login software.
But this can be deleted when you trust the environment and can't input Ctrl+Alt+Del easily (like the lack of a keyboard on hand often):
- In the search box, type “Local Security Policy” and open the app.
- Expand “Local Policies“, “Security Policies” and double click “Interactive Logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL“. Change the checkbox to “Enabled” and click “OK“.
- Close the window and restart your PC. Login should no longer require Ctrl+Alt+Del.
Additionally, There is netplwiz program (through run) that can normally do this, but the option within netplwiz is disabled on Windows Server (Works for Windows 10/11 though).
