Important info about Windows CE 2013 (8.0) OS:

• The Windows CE Desktop, called "Default Shell", is not available in windows CE 8 (2013). The last platform to include it is CE 7.
• Some extras like file explorer, WordPad, and IE are not bundled as well. You can still create xml shells though.
• Any CPU ISA outside of x86-32 and ARMv7. (Like MIPS, SuperH, or ARM before v7)
• RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)
• Device Sync
