How to remove Settings ‘Home’ page on Windows 11 24H2:

1. Using Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc), go to this path: "Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel"
2. Click on the "Settings Page Visibility" value
3. Choose the Enabled option
4. Change the “Settings Page Visibility” text box setting value to "hide:home" (No quotes)
5. Click Apply & OK
6. Restart the computer
