Switch between Windows GUI and legacy text boot menus:

To switch to GUI version (Win 8.0 to 11 and newer):
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy standard

Switch to legacy text version (like in Vista & 7):
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy

GUI looks much nicer, but legacy text is much faster
