Make Windows 2000 Install Floppy:

With a already installed copy of Windows 2000 running (and a Windows 2000 CD), inseart the Install CD and have 4 blank floppies ready, open CMD and follow these commands:

1. Navigate to the Drive letter of the Installer CD (in my case here it is D:):
D:

2.Navigate to the bootdisk directory by:
cd bootdisk

3. Run this command to start installing each 1 of 4 floppies . It will prompt you for each floppy needed:
MAKEBOOT A:


4. Done!

*Important: The latest release of Windows 2000 boot disk is SP2. Even if you use a SP4 CD to create the floppies it will still need a SP2 cd when using the boot disks to install Windows 2000.
