Get Windows XP to work in VMWare Workstation 16:

In VMware workstation pro 16, Windows XP hardware acceleration Graphics has been completely broken.
To apply work around to get XP GPU working again in workstation 16, you need two workarounds:

1. With the VM powered off, go to VM -> Manage -> Change Hardware Compatibility and set VM workstation hardware compatibility to Workstation 12.x.

2. You cant use VMware tools 16.x or even something like 15.x. You must downgrade to VMware tools 8.x in order for ever thing to work, need to have the Windows post 2k ISO and install it instead.
