Download Line Messenger for Windows Client in 2025:

Line does not provide the installer on there official website anymore. Just a Windows Store app.
But within the store its just a exe installer, Both for 32bit (x86) and 64bit (x64) and in different languages.

To download it:
  1. Go to this site https://store.rg-adguard.net/
  2. Input this URL: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/xpfcc4cd725961 (with retail option selected at the end).
  3. Download your wanted version of .exe installer, in my case LINE_Desktop_8.7.0.3303__x64_en-us.exe for 64bit English North America.
Then you can install it on Windows versions without Microsoft Store!
