Delete contents for Windows Defender quarantine and protection history:

Go inside this folder and delete everything to remove history:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service

Delete all files inside this folder to remove quarantine items
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Quarantine
