Cant activate office 2010 on Windows 10 for ARM:

When it needs to do phone activation, it just gives an "[Installation ID]" where the code for phone activation is supposed to go.
By the looks of it, other Windows 10 users have this issue. Not just Win 10 ARM64 users.
