Transfer saves from Cemu to real Wii U:

Saves are not encrypted, using FTPU on Aroma CFW, transfer faves from:
~/.local/share/Cemu/mlc01/usr/save/00050000/

To:
sysNAND: storage_mlc/usr/save/00050000
USB: storage_usb/usr/save/00050000

FileZilla or KDE Dolphin can be used to connect to Wii U.

In each folder there is a meta folder, can use the iconTex.tga to see what game this is.
