Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed PC/Steam feals very laggy on Modern laptop fix:

Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed can handle only a max of 60fps, the game engine will actually start to slow down if you go over that limit.

To fix this you need to do two things:

1. Enable v-sync in config settings of the game (this option appears steam during the games boot).
2. In NVIDIA Control panel on windows, set the max frame rate for the GPU at 60fps system wide. This will also help save power on other games as well.
