How to Install PS Vita Content Management Assistant (CMA) with no Visual C++ Redistributable:

You can get past that issue by doing two things:

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) from Microsoft's site first.
You HAVE to install Content Manager by right clicking the installer and selecting "troubleshoot compatibility". Then you need to select Windows XP and it will install.
