Get into Triforce Bios Settings on Wii U:

When you start a Triforce game with Nintendon't (and have the correct settings), It will load the segaboot.bin file and go through POST.
You can access the Triforce arcade machine bios service menu by pressing "+" or "Start" on a Wii U Pro Controller when the the Triforce bios is going through post.
