Get to sound test on Kirby Dream Land (Gameboy):

You can get to sound test through the Configuration Mode. To get to Configuration Mode:
At the Title Screen, press and hold: Down, Select, and B.
This will open Configuration Mode. Then go to option 3 (Sound Test). Now your here!
