Get to SEGA Saturn BIOS from within game:

Its a multi-stage process, if you are in the process of booting the Saturn, you can skip to step two.
Helpful when you can't eject the disk when booting up, like with some emulators
  1. Press & hold the buttons "A" + "B" + "C" + "Start" any where in the game to get to the tittle screen.
  2. If you are at the tittle screen or the cooperate logos before the tittle screen, Press & hold the buttons "A" + "B" + "C" + "Start" to reset the Saturn to the BIOS Menu.
