Create Personal GBA Videos:

You will need to create what ever video file is first into a AVI video,
It is best done at this web site and choose these presets while uploading the video:

Preset: Nintendo 3DS
Only other change: set audio to mono.
Then convert

Then with the METRO software have these settings for small videos (like music videos or commercials):
Bitrate: 256KBS

op: Manual:
    Trim: Manual Resize
        240x160
    Frame rate: 4/5 24fps
    No pre-filter
    Speed not checked.

Use the other GBA software to make video work on official hardware.
Then you got your video!
