Create xenia dashboard shortcuts:

Just found out you can do it much simpler without creating a .bat
Just create a shortcut to xenia.exe, go to the properties of the shortcut, add the line *"path to ROM", (*additionally "--fullscreen"), to the target line.
Example: "path to Xenia\xenia.exe" "path to ROM" --fullscreen

Or in my case (no fullscreen with my locations + shortcut names):
360 Blades Dashbord:

"C:\Program Files\X360 - Blades Dashboard emu 1888 (Sept 2007)\xenia_canary.exe" "C:\Program Files\X360 - Blades Dashboard emu 1888 (Sept 2007)/dash.xex"

360 NXE Classic 08:

"C:\Program Files\X360 - NXE Classic\xenia_canary.exe" "C:\Program Files\X360 - NXE Classic\$flash_dash.xex"

360 NXE Kinect: "C:\Program Files\XDash - Release 1.0\xenia-nxe.exe" "C:\Program Files\XDash - Release 1.0\NXE Kinect\$flash_dash.xex"
