Dump 3DS Home Menu Themes Audio files to Flac:

It is possible to have high quality rips of the sound tracks from 3DS menu themes. To do this:
  1. You will need Anemone3DS. Install either the 3dsx (Homebrew launcher app) or cia (3DS Game installer) version of the app and launch it.
  2. You will need to download one of the themes from the theme store to to bring up the extra menu (due to bug)
  3. You can bring up the extra menu by pressing the x button (after applying bug workaround) and then press R to get to the dumping menu. Then dump you're current theme by pressing "DPad-UP". When done close Anemone3DS and shut down your 3DS.
  4. Eject your SD card and insert it into your PC, Navigate to SD:/Themes/ and find your specific theme folder. There will be a bgm.bcstm file. Copy it to you're PC.
  5. You can convert this 3DS PCM Sound Stream file to WAV using this site. There is also offline tools out their listed here.
  6. Once you have the Wave file just convert to Flac using software like Foobar2000 (Windows) or SoundKonverter (Linux). GNOME's easyTag can apply metadata to Flac.
