Install-open-vm-tools:

*This will allow for both VMware and VirtualBox VM's to gain screen resize, mount shared drives, sync cursor and clipboard, drag and drop, GPU acceleration and such without manually installing drivers.
*For Ubuntu & Debian only

sudo apt install open-vm-tools
