Location of Firefox flash in Kubuntu 19.10:

Follow this location for all files rather then the locations set in the readme.txt file that comes with the flash player npapi download tar.gz.
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/
Note: I use Firefox rather then any chromium based browser (Like Vivaldi) since it still allows me to open adobe flash content in late 2019 / early 2020.
