Force Vivaldi Linux to use my custom GIF start page wallpaper:

Since Vivaldi Linux does not remember my last start page wallpaper location, just select one of the built in ones and replace the actual file with the one I want and change the save permissions.

sudo cp -a HTC* /opt/vivaldi/resources/vivaldi/resources/
cd /opt/vivaldi/resources/vivaldi/resources/
sudo mv bg_alt_6.webp bg_alt_6_webp_backup
sudo cp -a HTC* bg_alt_6.webp
