Fix Vivaldi Linux not showing HTC Rainy Day background during restart:

*THIS DOES NOT WORK! After I waited about 20 mins, Tis is just Incxase I get this idea again and frogot. (March 25th 2022 @ 5:51AM).

Copy the image to the Vivaldi resources folder in order for it to work (The place where the default images are installed with Vivaldi).
Also use the "sudo chattr +i /opt/vivaldi/resources/vivaldi/resources/HTC*" command to keep the file under Vivaldi upgrade.
