Set custom thumbnail for Internet Archive posting:

IMPORTANT: This only works if there is no thumbnail already set! If its a old upload and a thumbnail has been created, its too late to due this without creating a new upload.

When uploading, convert/set file name to the wanted image as you're thumbnail to this exact file name (best to copy and paste it):
__ia_thumb.jpg

So when uploading the IA is forced to use this exact image as a thumbnail.
