Powerline Bandwidth preformance Trubbleshoting:

Powerline adapters do not work well with other devices on the same circuit, like recharges. So unplug my laptop recharges above my powerline adapter and it should help solve the frequent slowdowns of my powerline adapter. same in the basement with nothing plug in above the powerline adapter
