Improve VLC Speed:

1. Simple > Imput & codes settings: Hardware acelleration VA-API Video decoder,
2. Simple > Imput & codes settings: x264 decodeing preset: medium/low lattency.
3. All > Input / Codecs > Video codecs > FFmpeg: change the value of Threads from 0 (auto) to 1.
4. All > Input / Codecs: File Caching (ms) set to 8000 (this is about 8 seconds of buffer time to local disk), do the same for Network Caching (ms), Disc Caching (ms) & live Caching (ms).
