How to remove cloud-init from Ubuntu Server:

More recent versions of ubuntu have cloud suport and monitpring fetures enabled,
good if you are running ubuntu on a cloud vm, 
not so good on a rasbery pi home server (it works, but is useless and delays startup/boot by several minutes).

To disable cloud fetures:

1. Create empty cloud-init.disabled file with this command:
sudo touch /etc/cloud/cloud-init.disabled

2. Then Reboot
