gix grub nomodset that keeps reappearing:

If I install kde neon with graphics fail safe mode, when I boot Linux with default options.
It will freeze on boot due to nomodset being applied, even if I installed NVIDIA drivers and removed nouveau drivers.
To fix this issue:
Delete the this file by:
sudo rm -r /etc/default/grub.d/neon-installation-nomodeset.cfg
sudo update-grub
sudo reboot


It should boot normally.
