Important: MPD is not a music streamer:

A MPD server is used just to allow for remote-controlled music player. It is not a music distribution system.
Usually, the speakers are connected to the box where MPD runs, and the MPD client only sends control commands, but the client does not actually play your music.

So this cant broadcast music to my laptop or phone from my Pi play. Better to something like DLNA or NFS for such feature.
