Upgrade to / Run: Ubuntu 25.10 x86-64-v3 version:

*You install the normal x86-64 (amd64) version of Ubuntu 25.10. Then you will run these command to upgrade to the x86-64-v3 (amd64v3) packages through apt:
  1. echo 'APT::Architecture-Variants "amd64v3";' | sudo tee /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99amd64v3
  2. sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y
