How do I fully remove Steam for Linux:

Purge Steam Perfectly with Configuration files with the following:

sudo apt-get purge steam steam-launcher

Never forget to delete its directory located at home folder:
rm -rf ~/.local/share/Steam && rm -rf ~/.steam
