Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (WINE) on Ubuntu 23.04 (Snap):

Get package:
sudo snap install acrordrdc

Set up package:
acrordrdc

follow GUI prompts,

Select "Install" on first pop up.

Select "Always open with Protected Mode disabled" on the second pop up.

Then once install is done final step is to remove network access (to prevent auto update) by:
sudo snap disconnect acrordrdc:network

It should now appear in your program list!
