Install smartmontools

This is the program that allows you to use the smartctl command to check SSD health.
Smartmontools is not installed with ubuntu server for Pi (ARM64) so I have to install it manually
It should all ready be installed with ubuntu for x86_64, or comes with other GUI programs so It unlikely to install it manually.
