Install KDE Plasma Desktop on Fedora:

1.Update Fedora by:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh -y

2. Install KDE plasma desktop by:
sudo dnf groupinstall "KDE Plasma Workspaces"

3. reboot!

4. On login screen, go to the settings app in the bottom right Conner and make sure it is set to Plasma (not GNOME). Xorg is recommended in most cases.
