Get Full (Encrypted) DVD support in Ubuntu:

Need to install the libdvdcss to get support for encrypted DVD's (like retail movies).
This does NOT contain the support needed for Blu-Ray (BD) Disks.
Need this package to watch Retail DVD Video on VLC Linux or Rip DVD to ISO for K3B for example.
Also removes region locking/codes for DVD videos by doing this.

Get Package:
sudo apt install libdvd-pkg

Then Build:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg
