How long left overs last

This is useful in particular when rick makes me a large amount of food for when I am left alone for a while.

Alfredo Pasta Shelf Life
- Lasts 3 to 5 days in the fridge. Can start to deteriorate as of 3 days. Max of 1 week (7 days) or much higher risk of getting sick. Can not last overnight without fridge due do dairy and fat content. Must have own container/utensils due to breading ground of bacteria

Rice general shelf life:
- It can last 4 to 6 days in the fridge. Do not leave out overnight or much longer then 2 hours without fridge due to rapid bacteria growth. Slimy or sticky rice is a sing or large amount of bacteria
